Our pricing

We generally use 1% of the financing for our services, with a lower limit of €3500.
This includes, among other things:
Our expert advice; a fast and efficient mediation + settlement of your real estate financing; actively think along with your growth objectives.
We also assist as much as possible by making optimal use of our network (such as deploying and supervising the required valuation and guiding the process up to and including the notary).
